So glad I've found a local car shop!! Tired of taking my car outta town to get something minor fixed! They fixed my front headlight yesterday for a MORE than fair price and now that I know they do inspections I came back today and they had it inspected in under 10 minutes!! They are just fantastic!

Best place ever awesome customer service and very generous

Our car broke down & we just happen to pull over by this place. It was pouring down rain, they looked at our car & ordered our part for us. It took 2 hours for the part to get there. They were so friendly & welcoming to our family. They offered to take us anywhere we needed to go if we was hungry or anything. They let us come in the office & sit until our part got there, they were very accommodating our needs & did their best to make sure we was comfortable. This place truly has some of the best & most caring workers!

I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.
