Talked with Dr about chantix. I'm currently on walker county charity care. Went to see Cheyenne about getting on chantix was told I need a prescription. So called left message for Dr. After 5 days NO RETURN call. Called back and was told to make another appointment. I did, two more weeks before next appointment. Had to pay another $10.00 just for script from Dr. Took it to Finicial counseling to get. Was told 2-2 1/2 weeks. GETTING FROM company NOT HMH, waited two weeks called,left message for return call. Did t happen,so went in 4 days later, only to find its all still in her office. NOTHING has been done.If I had a choice I would go elsewhere I PROMISE.
IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION DO NOT USE..YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MEDICATION.
Hubby has insurance and been 4 days and still no medicine.
VERY RUDE NURSES!!!!!!

I am so over this place. In my opinion they should ne closed down or the current staff should be terminated. I took my child there a little over a month ago for shots and a check up. The day of his appointment the nurse on duty was very rude and impatient by the time we finally were called back she was complaining repeatedly about her day and the previous paitents, then when it was time for shots she literally took her frustration out on my little boys legs, bruised unimaginable. Then she had the nerve to tell me that next time I should make sure he takes a nap before hand so be will not cry so much, when first of all his appointment was schedule during his nap time and on top of it the long 3 hour wait in the waiting room. Now on top of it there are mote problems, they just now felt that it was important to tell me that my sons labs had showed high levels of lead in his blood, an they are just now contacting me from a little over a month ago. So as any concerned parent would do I rushed my son to the hospital to have labs re-done by the time I get there and sign in they still hadn't faxed the proper documents, the receptionist literally called them 6 times to get HMH clinic to fax the info to him, an no fax ever showed so the receptionist had to literally walk from Huntsville Hospital to HMH Clinic, just to get the documents which he shouldn't of had to do. I am threw with all this clinic's bad judgment an faults, I am in the process of finding my child a more productive caring doctor, we will not be returning!
