My experience with Huntsville Techs was more than exceptional. I was greeted in a very friendly, helpful way. Ken listened to my dilema and immediately accessed the problem. He did the work and even gave me a senior citizen's discount!! When I had an additional question, he looked at my computer at no charge.



My sister had recommended Huntsville Techs and received a referral gift shortly after my visit. Ken was very helpful, professional and kind. I will definitely call on him for further help when needed!

Their personal service was more than I expected. Changing from another service was made easy and quick. No waiting. I felt they listened to me, that my two cents was worth something. They had the patience of Job when explaining the "how-to-do" things that I was not clear on. I was made an active participant in my website's continuing construction, by being shown how to add some updates and to glean customer info from it. I had never been allowed to do that with the other service. With the other service, it was always frustrating to wait for the new updates to be installed on my website. Now, there is no waiting on someone else's timetable to get things done. They went beyond what I expected, and helped me install WiFi in my office. Their prices are competitive and affordable. I would highly recommend them. You will be happy to know that you can depend upon them.

I had problems with the BSOD for awhile, months to be exact, I had taken my computer to another shop, they did not have any idea what even what to look for. I, researched a lot of different things and tried most of them that I knew that I could handle, but nothing worked. I had called around this time to several other computer places and settled on Huntsville Techs. The minute I walked in the door I knew that they would do right thing by me. Ken was very friendly and althou I am Sr. citizen he did not treat me as if I did not know what I was talking about, quite the contary. He, immediatley started testing it and we spoke at length about possibilities. I left the computer there to run some errands and several hours later I picked up my computer which has been several weeks now and no BSOD as yet. Of course there are several things that could have been causing my problem but Ken and I both had come to the same conclulsion as to what to try first and so far adding the extra RAM as worked. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone who needs any kind of assistance keeping the computer up and running.

Being exasperated with other service companies I went to Huntsville techs and got GREAT service and a sense of personal attention. Everything I needed was done quickly and professionally. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs good service and doesn't want the typical "superior" attitude of other techie establishments.
