I have been buying my books here for the last two years and never had a problem until this past spring semester (spring 2015). I bought the wrong book for one of my classes (because they had it labeled wrong) and they wouldn't buy it back so I was out over $100. Prior to this incident, I had never had a problem either buying or selling back textbooks. They are definitely the cheapest bookstore in Huntsville in terms of SHSU supplies and despite the incident this past spring semester, I will continue to buy and sell back my textbooks and purchase SAM gear with them for that very reason.

Do not ever purchase a book here. This bookstore makes returns impossible, and manager Denae Searingen is impossible to deal with. This is not the bookstore on Campus, that is the Barnes and Noble bookstore. Much easier to deal with.
