200 dollars spent on a color I TOLD HER NOT TO DO. SHE JUST PICKED THE COLOR. I repeated several times she should do a darker color.

I can say the beauticians here are passionate! Amazing experience from the greeting to shampoo cut and Style!!!!!!

Best service ever!!!!!!! Everyone there has a good attitude, friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Definitely would recommend.

My son needed a trim on his hair. The girl chopped off the back and then had to stop and ask for help on how to cut the top. The back was totally uneven. The girl tried to tell me that is the way my son wanted it. She had never even shown him the back!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible! Do NOT waste your time and money!

I've been going there because the other place that I was going to before was worse but this location has gone to the dump in the last few years. They must send their people in training to train on customers. They make you sit and wait while they discuss what they're going to do with their hair and when they color your hair, they have no idea what they're doing. I got my hair lightened a little but the girl had to be told how to do it. I let her do it because I figured that she needed the practice although I was paying more than $100. When I got home, I realized my hair was completely ruined. I had to run to the store and buy hair color. My last visit to get a hair cut that never got cut, was my last visit. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The service was fast!! Didn't have to wait and the stylists were very knowledgeable! Will go back in the future!!

My highlights didn't cover my roots or gray as they had before at Texas Hair team. I went back and they would not fix it.
