This is my favorite TSC for miles around. Their employees are SO helpful and cheerful and pleasant. They have the normal TSC stuff in stock, so basically it's just a TSC like any other - but the people are SO nice that I go out of my way to go to this one.

I tried to buy a tool box for a truck today at Tractor Supply in Huntsville. I asked an employee to help find the trays and get a price on the various toolboxes as most didn't have pricing posted. She never came back. So I gave up on the toolbox and decided to get a couple other items. After waiting in line for 5+ minutes the teller tells me she'd be right with me. Then I wait a while longer behind the one customer ahead of me and the teller tells me I'd have to get into the other line and she leaves. That's the 2nd time I've had crap service there and I won't be going back.

Tried to return an item with a receipt 36 days after purchase. Store policy says with manager's approval refunds are allowed and will be credited to original payment method. After jumping through hoops to get copies of the receipt, the asst manager denied the return stating store policy is that they not do returns after 30 days. She offered us a merchandise card, but refused to the money to the Tractor Supply credit card. They just lost my business.
