When I first started dealing with these folks the only thing I had on gas was mt stove, but when I was paying my bill one day I asked about a gas water heater the lady at front desk called up a technician and he provided me with all sort of information and explained everything that would be involved in switching over. It was all very informative and two weeks later the tech came out and gave me a good estimate on the job they took care of everything the water heater the piping everything, I'm probably going to switch over my heat next and I can't think of anyone else I would rather deal with.
