Great Company with integrity and professional staff. I have used Ral/Dur HVAC over 13 years and have been totally satisfied with their service. They have provided outstanding service for me and family members for our homes, rental properties and our church. Recently, Ral/Dur installed a HVAC in a house for my church. I was very happy with the service/diagnosis of my heating problems. The service tech was obviously experienced and knowledgable.He was very nice, professional and was able to explain my heating problems in terms I understood. When it came to my subsequent furnace replacement, the install crew, was ever bit as nice and easy to work with as the owner/salesman and the aforementioned service tech. It was good to see both of them involved in my furnace replacement. The job was done on time and while they worked, things seemed to move very fluid, like each crew-member knew exactly what he should be doing and he did it. When the furnace was completely installed, I was delighted to see that they had cleaned up the workspace and my new heating system was quiet and worked beautifully. I have already given their name to 2 of my neighbors and felt my experience with Raleigh/Durham Heating & Air Conditioning, well deserved a few minutes of my time to write this reveiw.

Very pleased with the heater installation they performed! Very professional, everything fully explained prior to the installation and a great price. All the work done in one day. I highly recommend this company if you are searching for a great heating or air company. Jim Casey
