AAA Winder Towing

My wife and I had a car that died in the area. We have AAA and called them to tow us. The driver was patient and helpful. Our car would not shift into Neutral so he had some trouble loading our vehicle. In the process the damaged a part in the front end. We would not have been aware of the problem until he pointed it out to us. Great service and he took care of the problem. I wish I could call on them anywhere.

We had a wonderful experience with Matt the owner. Our battery had died outside of Zion and he came out promptly and trouble shot the issue. It turned out the rental car company sent us off with a battery with a dead cell and it was the wrong size for the vehicle. The rental car company did not want AAA to replace it. Rather than have to drive the car back to Vegas to get a replacement and ruin the last day of our vacation Matt took us to an auto parts store and we purchased the battery and he installed it and sent us on our way. Later I found out Matt had been up all night taking care of business as he was covering for another towing service in Hurricane while he was away. Matt is pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone!!! AAA you have a good service provider. Please take care of him.
