This hair salon is the best I've been to. I have hard to fix hair, due to medication, and by the time the owner, my hairdresser is finished cutting it, and adding highlights for volume and a product for shine, my hair is completely transformed! They're professional, friendly and take care of you, and SO affordable! I'd recommend no where else! :) I've been going there 8 years, never an issue!

I have a friend that went to get her hair highlighted by a lady That works at this shop. She explained what she needed and was not satisfied with the results. She wanted highlights throughout her hair and ended up with highlights only on top. Stephanie Haugle offered to give her money back, my friend said she would go home and check it out then let her know. When she returned to the shop and asked for a refund. She was refused. An apt to fix was made to fix and later canceled based on stephanie's personal opinion. saying her hair looks fine. My friend speaks broken English and was treated with no respect and now is forced to find someone to fix at additional cost. We have Ben unsuccessful at contacting the owner, being given only the shop number. This is bad business and I would never recommend this place to anyone and until this situation is resolved, I will continue to tell everyone not to come here!
