Terrible service. We tried based on the company having a Recycle service. At least once if not twice a month we have had to call in because they did not pick up the trash, recycling, or both. Most recent event involved them missing our pick up on Thursday. We called Friday at 8am and they assured us they would be out. Called again at 3:30 and "they were in the area." Called after 5pm and they were closed. Called this Monday morning and the manager told me that the guy came by at 9pm on Friday and our trash wasn't out. We didn't bring the trash in until Saturday afternoon so that was a bunch of bull. Gave them one more chance and told them I wanted trash gone today. It is now 11pm and the trash is still sitting at the street. This company is a joke. Don't use them, recycling or not.
