i have taken my car to teays valley imports 3 times. It has only actually been repaired 1 of those three times. my reason for returning was simply convenience... that reason no longer matters. this third time I took my car there, it was dropped off at 8am. I called at 545 pm due to the fact that they close at 6 pm and no one had called me and was told they got a code for the problem, they were waiting on the part, and it would be done and ready in the afternoon of the following day. The following day around 1 pm i called. i was told they never found a code and they didnt know the problem. confused... i explained what had been told to me the day before. What i said was not acknowledge so i went to get my car. when i explained to him what happened once i got there... that i was basically lied to the first time... he showed no interest. i then proceeded to say that the previous time my car was there it was also not fixed. however, i didnt get the chance to explain. I was cut off mid sentence. he stuck my keys in my face... looked the opposite direction... and simply said "bye". I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
