I have been trying to get my prescription or eight days. This prescription is one that requires a gradual withdrawal if it is to be stopped. My doctor recently left Valley Health and hasn't started another practice yet. Be that as it may, it is Valley Health's responsibility to fill any voids in their system. They have not been helpful at all. I have contacted their home office. They have not replied. The only reason I gave them a star is because I have to give a star in order to write this review. Otherwise, I wouldn't give them any. If this is the level of competency accepted at Valley Heath systems as a whole, then I want nothing to do with them.

This review has one star because that's what is necessary to write a review. Otherwise, it would have none. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 8 days to get a prescription. This prescription is one that can't be stopped all at once: you have to be weaned off of it. Apparently, that doesn't matter to Valley Heath Systems I've had problems getting prescriptions refilled before and a local pharmacy told me that was usual for this medical center. I'm going to try one more time tomorrow, and if I have no success, I will never use Valley Health again, anywhere. This is one of the most frustrating medical offices with which I have ever dealt. It is clear that the business aspect takes precedence over patients. They don't seem to care.

Love this Office for both psychology and as a PCP.
