Professional service over the phone, Wendy was amazing. She helped me with the best product to fit my budget. I'm leaving this review early as my event is in July but from the phone conversations, emailing out a detail list and services that will be done I feel really good about this company. This is the company to call for your next event

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with margarita machine rentals...owner has no compassion nor remorse....I paid for a double machine it was set up 3hrs b4 my party and never froze the mix....then they came back wit 2 double machines with only one side working on each ...by then my party was just starting so we had to wait another 2hrs before one of them attempted to freeze...the other didnt freeze completely at all...owner didnt offer a discount or anything....machines are old and need to be replaced...I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

I totally concur with Renee. Having a great partnership with Aladdin Rentals really takes our events to a higher level.

Aladdin Rentals and Events has become my go to place for party rental supplies. Over the past year I have used them many times for things such as a bounce house, margarita machine and the open house for our business FunCitySocialMedia.



The staff at Aladdin is kind and helpful above all else but beyond that they are knowledgeable in their field and help you figure out what you actually need. It is obvious that Aladdin's culture is more about building relationships with clients than just renting out as much product as possible.



Each time that I use them their equipment is extremely clean and works exactly as it should. Thank you Aladdin Rentals and Events for making each of my events better than I thought that they could be.

This is a wonderful place to rent all kinds of party accessories and margarita machine. This company went out of their way to accomodate me and made my party a success. Lisa and Jody are great! This was my first experience renting equipment and it was hassle free. I need to change some items out I had originally reserved and at the last minute needed to change the order up. They were there to accomodate me on whatever I needed to exchange as much as they could assist me. This is a very friendly place. I would recommend them if I were to rent party supplies or equipment. This is a great rental store. I went by and visited with the manager, we planned my whole reception!!! Delivery and set up was very professional and early! Rented tables, chairs, chair covers with sashes and linens. The buffet looked great with the roll top chafers and I went with a chocolate fountain. Lisa runs the counter and she was very helpful with getting my colors in the sashes and linens. I just really appreciate the time they both spent with me to make my day special. If you need a caring rental company, this is the one!!!!
