The manager of this agency, Don Binicker, is an evil man that actually will lie and alter evidence to support the abuser. I experienced this personally as a mom that was asking for help w a son that was sexually abused... Mr. Binicker altered evidence from our pediatrician, Cook's Children's Hospital, and certified Child Play Therapist... Then, as a Keller ISD teacher I had to call in report from student... Mr. Binicker sent a man to her home that could not speak English to investigate...
