I regret hiring this company for my wedding transportation. Please do yourself a favor, pay a little more if you have to, but avoid the headache of having to deal with unprofessional drivers who are rude and dismissive to your guests. There is an obvious lack of communication between management and the drivers. At all costs, request specifically NOT to have Malakai be assigned to your party, he does not care about the job and does not know how to treat people professionally. It is embarrassing to hear about how rude he was to your guests the next day. Of course, by then you already paid and Aries Shuttle will not return a dime of what you paid.
