Great little place to bring the kids for a fun show. However, I bought a groupon and reserved my seats over the phone. I showed up early with two kids and unfortunately my seats had not been saved due to a new scheduling system being introduced. I am sorry but you do not put out a groupon for millions to see at the same time you are upgrading your system! Come on now. Think. Not only was that a bit frustrating but there were people that showed up after us that had the same issue, were helped first and one of the staff took a liking to the older couple and decided to seat them on the front row and us on the back. Fortunately there were no bad seats so I didn't make a fuss. This really is a cute place and I will probably take the kids again and hope for better service.
