Beshears was recommended by a big repair shop who doesn't do body work. I was keeping my fingers crossed, but after my experience, I can tell you I had nothing to worry about. After Beshears got the paint code for my vehicle to match up for the bumper they were replacing on my SUV, they asked me to come back to ensure that the paint job on the bumper matched the rest of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Beshears to anyone. The nice people there are a plus; they delivered on the work and did quality work.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!BROUGHT MY NEW CAR IN FOR REPAIR...... BROUGHT IT OUT WITH A NEW DENT!MANAGEMENT NOR CORPORATE CARES ABOUT ANYTHIHNG BUT THE MIGHTY BUCK!!!!

No tornado could keep these guys from running their shop!!!! I called them the day after the tornado totaled their shop and they offered to still take my car. I DID not want to take my business to a big chain collision repair. I support the mom and pop shops every chance I get. When I talked to the owner he was more than happy to still take my car in b/c it was just as important to him to keep his employees working since they all had kids to feed also! That is incredible!! There is nothing like an employer putting their employees first! My car looks GREAT and the customer service was phenomenal!!!!! America has put customer service on the back burner and it is only about the bottom dollar anymore. But not with Beshears!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys!

Took my SUV in to get fixed. It was ready the same day. Excellent work and friendly people.
