Let me start off by saying Davis's bridal has beautiful dresses and has a lot of sizes and that is the only reason they got 1 star. I signed up at a bridal show to just go and look at dresses (that's what the person at the show told me), but as soon as I walked in the door they tried to put me in dresses even though I was by myself and just looking. Then the sales woman proceded to show me only things on the clerance rack, even though I told her what I wanted to see. While in the dressing room trying on the clerance dresses that I didn't like the sales woman found out my age during conversation, and she assumed I was 10yrs younger but as soon as she found out my age she brought me the dresses I wanted to try on in the first place, like if I was younger I couldn't afford a full priced dress. I did find a dress and bought it because they were having a sale and I was told it would end that week, but it didn't end for 2 more weeks. They will do anything to sell a dress and the women that work there are terrible, lazy, rude, judgemental, unprofessional. The manager was decent, but everyone else was just walking around like I was wasting their time even thought it was empty. Also don't go over your appointment time or they will very rudely get you to leave.

Not impressed. No personalized help at all, and the place was not busy at all...several employees just standing around. We were handed a book of styles and left on our own to go through what they had, even though my daughter told them exactly what style she wanted. She wasn't measured, but was told she 'looked like a 2' probably because they don't stock anything smaller... we already knew they carried size 0 online but there was no mention of that. She finally found a dress to try on and was taken to a fitting room. The dress was 2" too big and was told the solution was to order a petite because it would be much smaller. Really? That was it. The attendant, who had already shown no interest whatsoever and actually just sat in a chair the few minutes she did talk to us, left, never to be seen again. I hung the dress back up myself and we left. Horrible service, horrible attitude and we will take our business elsewhere!

Watch out! Pay attention and don't even try to sit back and relax because these sneaky, underhanded sales staff will do anything to make a sale and no telling what you might end up with.

Daughter tried on half a dozen dresses with a budget in mind. The one off the rack fit ok but it was very obviously in "tried on" condition. The girl made a big deal out of "ordering a fresh one" so we did. Paid cash.

Halfway home my daughter is going over the receipt and they had ordered a size to big. We were standing right there when it was ordered and they didn't say a word! Come to find out the warehouse was out of her size so they took it upon themselves to order up.

Manager says not to worry ... It can be altered. Ok, that's cool. At whose expense. Ours. No, I don't think so. How is this our fault? Ok, they can make the one off the rack pristine ... Really? After you made a big deal out of ordering "a fresh one"?!!!

I can't wait to see if this is resolved in a professional manner or if momma has to start a war dance!!!!!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HUNDREDS OF BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE??

THEY SOMEHOW DISAPPEARED???

THIS PLACE HAD LIKE 125 BAD REVIEWS....DONT WORRY...WITH THE SERVICE HERE IT WILL BACK UP TO THAT NUMBER AGAIN IN NO TIME

This Location has the greatest selections of Bridal Gowns and Bridesmaid dresses. The Sales Persons there a really friendly and helpful. David's bridal also has some great Sales!
