The saying, "You get what you pay for" rings so true with this cleaners. Though the price seems fantastic, the quality of dry cleaning, laundering, and pressing is not. They have lost or misplaced some of my items more than once and completely ruined two items by laundering them instead of dry cleaning them. And through it all you get to deal with the rudest of employees. Want to contact the manager or owner, forget about it, you'll never get a return call. The dollar savings is not worth it when your clothes are coming back to you more wrinkled and in worse shape than when you brought them in. No more second chances for this cleaners. I learned the hard way.

Young people are left to run the store on their own, and they work hard, you can see it on their faces. One young lady is pleasant and the other is very unfriendly. So, I try to stay focused on the great prices. Two shirts were not cleaned well, I asked for one shirt to be cleaned again, I put a thumb print of dust on the shirt, it was still there, and the young lady never sent the shirt out to be re-cleaned and told me she did. Take the extra drive, spend the extra money, and do not spend your money there.

wow these guys are 50% less than kinkos and other copy and print places
