FRAUD is the word I believe best describes the way Holt Fiat of Hurst does business. PROOF: 7/28/2016 their website advertised a 2017 Fiat 124 for “Final Price” of $25385. When I contacted them they revealed that I MUST also pay “for a few extras…we did something to the paint” so the price that Julius gave me was suddenly OVER $32,000! BEFORE you become their next SUCKER: According to a detailer who spent 2.5 years applying PolySteel (if that’s the something to the paint), it’s a total waste of money. Another dealer says PolySteel is nothing but car wax. Read the other negative reviews about this dealership and if you still want to do business with them, can I sell you a bridge or some swamp land? I think they should change the name to FRAUD FIAT.

Wish there was a lower score to give

Wow what a horrible experience. They should be dressing like the stereotype cheat dealerships you see in the movies in cheap suits and a combover. I began looking for pickup about a month ago and called them. Spoke with Natalie. They were pushy about getting me to drive there. Explained that I was three hours away and due to my job and being on call I could not just drive there but needed to have everything ready when it was time. When I was unable to locate truck in my price range with the seating I needed, I began looking for dodge magnums. Saw they had one. Spoke with Natalie several more times, always having to call her then text because she always gave the excuse she was unable to talk. She could never remember I was far away and every time tried to get me to just drive over for a look. All the pictures she sent or I viewed online never showed the big crack on windshield. Faxed my application and all the info after being pre approved for 2k down. Told her I needed pmts at 350 or less. Also stated to her this would basically be a blind purchase as I need finalized approval before driving that far She always said great or perfect. She said she had turned paperwork in and was waiting. Asked if I wanted to go ahead and put the 2k down because someone was coming to look at the car that day but would let me know as soon as pmt arrangements are confirmed . Told her not without final arrangements being known. No follow up so I text and she said everything was approved, 350 max pmt and could even maybe spread out farther so pmts would be lower and I could just pay more when I wanted. So I had my boss cover my on call and had my gf and her father drive three hrs for an 8 pm appointment and told her I need everything ready so I could be leaving by 9-930 to be back on call. She said great. At 7:50 she texted asking how close we were, told her traffic was a lil rough but be there by 8:05. She text back and said she was going to McDonalds and if I want anything... I wanted her to be there for our appointment but was nice enough to not say that and just declined. show up at 8:05. Shuffled into a cubicle and the office girl starts trying to take my info and began asking standard info. I informed her I had an appointment with Natalie and that she had all of my paperwork and information, we were there to simply inspect the vehicle, sign the papers and drive. Natalie rolls in at 8:20. They pulled the car around we inspected it and found the large crack in the windshield. Talked with her about having it fixed. She said we could get it worked out. Car drove ok but a few things were damaged( used car so nothing preventing purchase) we get back to dealership and sit down and start talking. At one point I state we are in a hurry as it's getting late and we need to get papers. She goes off to some office and another gentleman came back. Written on the back of an envelope he has 470 a month and 3000 down written on it. Says bank wouldn't approve down pmt and monthly and this was what they could do. Told him I was told everything was approved and that that is why we were there to sign and drive. He said it was a pre approval. Showed him the text from Natalie verifying it was a finalized approval. Blank stare, then said they didn't approve that. Told him it was almost nine and we needed to either get this deal done or we had to go, needless to say we left after being lied to and driving back home. They will lie and cheat and then try to bully you. Save yourself the trouble and find I GOOD car dealership
