My wife and I recently traded in our cars so that she could get the new 2015 Kia Optima, and this experience was just as incredible as the first three times we have been to Moritz Kia in Hurst! We knew exactly who to go see, Dustin Cox! I have recommended him to three of our friends who have also purchased a car from him. He is extremely patient and tailors the experience for all of his customers. He would let me test drive cars as much as I wanted until I found "the one." He worked out an amazing deal for us both, one that we couldn't resist! Dustin is extremely down to earth and understands how stressful it can be buying a car. He makes the experience enjoyable and entirely stress free. I went to the dealer three days in a row. Each day, Dustin was there with a new car to show me based on my wants and needs. He was knowledgeable of every car I drove which helped me narrow down my selection. In the end, we traded in our cars for a Kia Sportage and a Kia Optima and we are beyond thrilled! I would recommend Dustin Cox to anyone! He is never pushy, nor does he force a sale. That is all I could ask for when making such a large purchase. Dustin has made us feel like family over the years and for that, we are truly grateful. Look no further, and give Dustin a chance! I promise he won't let you down! It was the best I have ever had, our salesman was unbelievably good. The only thing is that we did have to take our car into the shop today because it started doing some things… While they were repairing it they gave me a rental car.
