all my experiences have been A+. I'm only dealing with leopard gecko cricket food though. nothing else

Imagine bathing with limited warm water, which ran out before I can rinse my small Mollie dog, watery shampoo which means it was ice cold also. Then their blow dryers only have COLD air. This is not acceptable on a cold day. Therefore, as good as I towel dried my dog, her fur was still very damp and she shivered all the way home. I had to blow dry her when we got home. To management: take a shower under the conditions you offer at your store and see how you fare. Very disappointed.
