I had been going to this salon for a few months. The last fill I got did not last two weeks. Nails were lifting and chipping so I called so they could fix. I usually can go for quite a while between fills so this was unusual. The woman who is the manager did a complete fill and charged me full price. I did not think this fair as I felt the previous fill was shoddy work. I will not be returning to this shop.

Mom, daughter & I visited 2-3 times. Our experience was ok until 6/2/2016. My manicurist, whom I've had twice, couldn't understand what I wanted. I said pink & white, but she understood white tips. She wasn't prepared. Constantly got up to go to first station for powder, brushes, etc. She then left a gap in several of my nails (new set, btw) - looked like a week-old set. She begrudgingly fixed when I pointed out. I got the clear powder filler & had a lot of air bubbles.
My daughter's manicurist (older woman) kept trying to up sale her things that she didn't want. She then used a clear primer over her color, so part of her nails were matte-looking & the other part were semi-gloss. They put a top coat over the primer & her color then faded. They seemed bothered at us for pointing it out. There was a major language barrier from the manicurists. This could've been avoided w/some translation assistance by a tech that spoke/understood English & Vietnamese & KNEW what they were doing.

Been going to this nail shop over 4 months, being that a friend referred me to their great services. I go every 2 wks for my Mani and pedi. All of a sudden a black spot comes under the nail, I do a walk in I'm told to come back due to them being under staffed and they have appts scheduled oh no I will sit here until the doors close.
