After reviewing the other review I completely had to sign up to write another. I am from out of town (Wichita) and happened by this shop after eating across the street. It is an absolutely wonderful place. Amy was very pleasant and friendly and her store is adorable. I was welcomed in like a long lost friend AND was offered a drink while i shopped for her many wonderful jewelry items and baby clothes. I bought a necklace and a bracelet that she helped me make, and then I also ordered another bracelet. Her items are much more reasonably priced than over here in Wichita and after I got done with my sons basketball game in Hutch she called and told me my bracelet was ready (and this was after the store had closed and 3 hours since I was just in there). This is an absolutely wonderful and cute store and Amy is fabulous. I will definitely be coming back and happy that I wont be running into the awful KansasStateFan who wrote such an awful and bitter review. This store is wonderful and so is the owner.

I originally found this store to be a great addition to Hutchinson. HOWEVER, there are several major flaws with this store. First, it is way over priced for what you get. There are bead stores just 45 minutes away that offer way better deals. Secondly, customer service SUCKS!! If you don't have enough "money" or "power" in Hutch, Amy is unwilling to give you any good service. Third, my jewelry has been there well over a month and I have yet to see it. I was told the jewelry would take two weeks max and I haven't heard. Come to find out several of the beads were unavailable so she had to order them. Instead of giving a courtesy call she told me she was "too busy to call her customers" to let them know. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Go to Wichita or McPherson, you will get way better service for your dollar. And not all the jewelry is made by the local owner. She has a friend make it. :(
