I just had a bad experience with Cheney Door Company. I called them wanting an insulated garage door and the combo changed to open the door. They wanted to charge $70 just to change the code. Not to mention one of the guys called both numbers that we gave them and was going on and on about wasting there time even though we just wanted them to come out. I ended up canceling because he was very rude us and was very degrading.

It took 5 months to have a panel replaced on my residential garage door (through the winter months on top of it all). My biggest complaint is that Allen would not call me back as I was told he would. Pathetic customer service. I couldn't even get a response from the president of the company when I sent an email outlining my experience after the job was complete. The upside is that they did a good job with the repair. So, if you can go 5 months with a nonfunctional garage door, this is the company for you.
