Mr. Oswalt is awesome! My license was suspended and he helped me get it back in record time. He also managed to reduce my charges which was great. He is always friendly and professional. I could tell he truly cared about my case and supported me through my frustration. Whenever I called him even with the most trivial question he returned my call the same day. If it weren't for him I would still be struggling to get reinstated. Thank you Mr. Oswalt!!

I had an automobile accident with no insurance about 10 years ago. I puchased a new car, and did not get the insurance transfered over. Becuase of this, my license was suspended in 2001. I have been without a license since then and was desperate. I contacted Mr. Oswalt about this situation. He was very honest and up front and informative from the first day. In less than a week, the issue was resolved, and my license was reinstated. I will refer anyone I know with this type of license issue to Mr. Oswwalt for his help.

Working with Mr. oswalt was more thani could ever ask for, he is very polite and respectful and down to earth man. Competent, persistent, patient, polite, reliable, honest. Turned away by other attorneys I had all but given up when I came across Mr. Oswalt's website. From beginning to end he was polite and thorough while explaining the processes, progress or delays and possible outcomes. Through many many phone calls over a period of seven months, all handled from out of state, Mr. Oswalt answered my questions or looked for the answers, good or bad. When I expressed concerns that something didn't seem right, he was both patient and persistent in checking and rechecking until getting definite answers. Thankfully and ultimately they were positive ones. My situation was a difficult one, but Mr. Oswalt stuck with it to the end. Mr. Oswalt was hired in Sept 2012 to try and reinstate my son's driver's license. He did absolutely everything he could think of but because of my son's doing he was not able to get it reinstated. However because of his persistance he found a new law that went into effect July 1, 2012 that even the DMV was unaware of. Because of Mr Oswalt we were able to get a Moped license so my son could at least have some type of transportation. Mr. Oswalt kept us informed along each path he went. He answered our phone messages promptly and had so much patience for all of our questions. If you want an attorney who will look out for your interests I would highly recommend Mr. Oswalt.

After one DUI, and two Driving on suspended charges,in KS my license was revoked and then I was listed as a habitual offender. My license was going to be gone for another three years and I had just finished a year suspended for the DUI and I didn't know what I was going to do.. I was sure that I should have been valid at the times of each of my driving on suspended charges, so I hired Mr. Oswalt to re-open, re-evaluate and essentially have a case dismissed from my record, thus removing the habitual violator condition and getting my license back two years sooner than the state thought they could take it for.. I should have been valid at the time I was arrested for driving on suspended and Mr. Oswalt has now proven it to the state.. If it weren't for his diligent, conscientious ethos, I would still be up the creek without a paddle so thanks again Mr. Oswalt.

I had lost my DL as a habitual violator I had hired a couple different attorneys and was not able to get anywhere as far a getting reinstated then i was refered to Mr. Oswalt who i felt from the very beginning was honest with me about my chances of being reinstated which were not good i decided to let Mr. Oswalt go to work for me not only did Mr. Oswalt get my DL reinstated but got it done with zero restrictions so long story short i feel he went above and beyond to help me i am very thankful for what he has done for me and my family.
