Waste of time

Hutchinson Walmart tire service is the worst service I've ever experienced. They take forever to get to your vehicle, then when they do, they ruin your rim and lugnuts. They denied replacing a tire that went bad, even though i'd bought the "lifetime" protection plan for the tires that I bought there. I watched one of their technicians drive a pickup into the side of another vehicle in the parking lot, and try to quick get away before anyone saw him. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP AGAIN.

I love Walmart. Low Prices and lots of variety. The only thing I don't like about our store is the customer service. They need to focus on customers and not be so rude. Otherwise, it is a great place to shop.
