I am a resident where R&R had a contract with our city. R&R was responsible for damages due to the excavating process.

The resident were not informed by R&R of the intensity of the excavating process ahead of time, and therefore had no opportunity to safeguard their property from damages.

I have had a crack in my window for years. Had I expected the violent shaking of my house, I could have reinforced the window to protect it, but R&R did not make that information available. As a result of the excavation process, my window shattered.

R&R would not return my phone calls regarding the matter. After nearly three months of waiting, they sent someone to inspect the broken window. In the meanwhile, I had to move furniture in front of the broken window to safeguard my small children from the dangers of the broken glass.

R&R has showed a lack of professionalism on all fronts, especially when dealing with residents. I would not recommend them for future projects.
