TERRIBLE!!!

Took both my sons in for a haircut (2 & 3) in Mid-December. Stylist was the WORST!!! All she did was complain about having to give them their cuts.



She didn't even cut their hair the way I asked her to. Wrote a complaint letter to owner as soon as I got home. She called a week later while I was on vacation. I finally called her back and left a message. NEVER HEARD A THING BACK!!! Had to go and get boys hair re-cut somewhere else!



Terrible customer service. Terrible stylist for children's cuts. If they don't want to cut children's hair...DON'T offer the service!!!
