Had a dead battery and they sold me a new one. When outside, sales person said that they had a price 30 day price match. In two days, I would like kind sold at WalMart for $40 less. Took pic of price and confirm in stock. When back to O'Reilly and they will now NOT match it. Said it has to be at time of purchase. Also, the person that did told me about the "price match" outside while installing the battery changed his story that he told me it has to be before purchase. So they expected me to shop around (AutoZone, WalMart, etc) on a dead battery and go to them after all that - how stupid. They are overpriced and do not honor their word. Even after confirming that the WalMart price was lower, they would not even refund difference. Customer no more. Recommend using AutoZone or NTB in Hutto or WalMart in Round Rock that is only 5 mins drive away.
