My husband and I have struggled for months, trying to find the perfect childcare center for our two young children... LilyPad has been a DREAM come true! The teachers are always so helpful, and I can tell they really care about our children. Whenever I drop off, there is a teacher waiting to talk to me; at pick-up, I get to hear stories about how their day was. We even get email updates with pictures of our youngest child playing at day care! I can finally drop my children off at day care and go to work without worrying about their well-being all day long!!

I was a customer as well as an employee of this company and can not recommend it on any level. It does not meet DHS standards on a daily basis, security is lacking, the staff is not well-educated on child development (ecxepting the pre-school teachers). It's barely a safe or enriching environment for a young child. I am a child care professional with 12 years of experience behind me as well as continued professional development and high personal standards. While I was able to provide good care and education in my room my efforts to achieve excellence were inhibited by the directors and their standards of practice.
