What Paul T fails to say in his review is that he had his vehicle towed to Accidental with out any prior contact .Yes we realize that customers don't have accidents on a schedule however repair facilities must schedule their time and resources. My estimate of time to repair the vehicle was based on a original insurance estimate $5135.86 . The repair was actually$7604.87 a considerable difference In the amount of labor hours and time spent getting the insurance company to authorize the repairs .What Paul refers to as excuses were in fact reasons for the delays that I kept him informed of through out the repair .process. Such as parts on back order and waiting for the dealer to reprogram computers Yes the repair of the vehicle may have taken longer than either party would have liked but the fact of the matter is his vehicle was repaired correctly.He never had any problem with his vehicle due to the accident or complaint about the quality of repair.And in the end isn't the quality of a repair that is the most important thing you should worry about, Thanks Dave

Dave & Tony were very professional. They worked within the insurance appraisal & did a beautiful job. They kept me up to date with my vehicles progress. My vehicle was cleaned both inside & out upon return. I would highly recommend Accidental Autobody.
