Terrible experience! Been with this bank for decades but now shopping around for a new bank! Took to them a simple EASY stop payment request and they stopped payment on the WRONG check! If they can't manage such a basic function there's no point in staying with them!

Would not recommend! Went in to place an easy stop payment on a check and they cancelled the WRONG check! All information required was correct but they screwed it up anyway! I can't remain with a bank that cannot manage even a basic transaction like this!
