Excellent work at a fair price, what else could you ask for? It's the only place I will take my car from now on... and you should try him for yourself, I highly recommend him!

Provided by YP.comAt 1550 I walked into the shop in the customer service desk as I waited there for about 5 min for service I coughed and this was the response from the owner. He yelled “ don’t cough in my shop! what do you want!” As I was taking away by this rude response I replied “I need a vehicle inspection” he shouted something of the lines of “hold on! I got other people ahead of you”, again taking away by this, I responded by “ is this the right way to speak to your customers?” And he started yelling about something but at that point I had enough, and as I was walking out I said “no I am good I don’t need your service, and I’ll be sure to write a review about this” this seemed to trigger him immensely, he ran outside and told me to come back and speak to him man to man and I did. He started by yelling and asking me again “what do you want?” and I told him what I previously needed and asked him politely “why are you yelling at me” and this was his response, “ this is the way I talk, if you don’t like it you can F***k OFF!” And I walked away from the conversation at 1602. Conclusion: even though I was given an insincere apology, over the phone and later hung up the phone, an apology is an apology I guess. But note, under no circumstances, you should cuss customers who willing Walked into your business with their respect and dignity and be treated with such profound and derogatory language when all they asked for is a simple service. The whole encounter I treated the Man fairly and didn’t, not even once cussed him out or treated him with such disrespect as he treated me, this is unjust and disgusting behavior. This place is run by someone who can’t control his composure as I do fully understand that he might have had a stressful day but there's no reason nor an excuse for him to take this upon a customer. I have written this review to sustain that such behavior will not go unnoticed or without consequences and any visit to this place is illy advisable.

On this Date January 22, 2019 at time 1550 I walked into executive auto in Hyannis mass to seek a state inspection for my vehicle, and the encounter I had there was the most absurd encounter I have EVER seen in my life, I usually donâÂÂt write review but this time I felt so compelled to write on due to the absurd nature of this encounter. HereâÂÂs how it all went
At 1550 I walked into the shop in the customer service desk as I waited there for about 5 min for service, the door leading up to the maintenance shop was open and the smell of what it seemed like brake cleaner was flowing towards the customer service area and I coughed and this was the response from the owner. He yelled â donâÂÂt cough in my shop! (long pause) what do you want!â As I was taking away by this rude response I replied âÂÂI need a vehicle inspectionâ he shouted something of the lines of (although I canâÂÂt quote his exact words) âÂÂhold on! I got other people ahead of youâÂÂ, again taking away by this, I responded by â is this the right way to speak to your customers?â And he started yelling about something but at that point I had enough, and as I was walking out I said âÂÂno I am good I donâÂÂt need your service, and iâÂÂll be sure to write a review about thisâ this seemed to trigged him immensely, he run outside and told me to come back and speak to him man to man and I did. At 1643 I called the shop and asked to speak to the person, and be given an apology for cussing me out, and he did, out of frustration, but later went on rambling about other things and hang up the phone.
