I recently purchased a GMC Acadia from Mutual Motors and the service was top of the line excellent! From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. The owners was very professional, courteous, understanding to my needs, and extremely patient. My husband and I are new parents and we wanted to make sure we have the safest vehicle for our infant. Mutual Motors made me feel very comfortable that we made the right choice in our purchase. Every request I had was met in a timely manner. They worked with me on price and most importantly I did not feel pressured throughout the process. I strongly recommend Mutual Motors.

We bought what we thought was a great car from these people and ended up with a lemon and 500 dollars in repair bills. The receptionist was a fraud lier and a joke so be careful. They sold us a car with a huge dangerous leak. My friend found the problem when we looked under the hood and told them if it's not fixed we don't want the car. So they agreed to fix it "so we thought" lol.... well one month goes by car leaking again come to find out they put a bandage on the problem. That ended up costing us 500 to repair. We called the receptionist back to tell her that if we are not reimburst the 500$ we are suing. She was very nasty rude ignorent and very unprofessional!!!!! They scammed up good do not buy anything from these people. And we should have known better to buy from a small business dealer such as these frauds. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to it's horrible.

Bought GMC Envoy 4months ago 2 weeks didn't pass inspection took it back He ("owner") said he'd fix to pick up in morn came in morn He took to get it inspected Himself knew rite there something was wrong 2or3 weeks later driveshaft goes had to bring back his guy rigs something to get me thru till parts come he tells me to come in the morn to pick up I come in afternoon NO ONE AROUND CALLING AND CALLING GOING THERE NOTHING FOR 4 DAYS FINALLY HAD TO CALL COPS THE COP CALLS AND LEAVES MESSAGE HIS MECHANIC CALLS 15MINS LATER GET CAR BACK FINALLY NOT FIXED..So I try to take it somewhere else to fix there's parts missing and warranty company won't pay call the dealer she tells me "NOT HER PROBLEM" AND HANGS UP IN MY FACE so had to search for her husband owner find him I have to bring back to 1st place to fix 2weeks later fixed ok now finally on road 1week in Boston tunnel tire blows out 2 front tire worn to metal so I go out and but 4new tires (SEE OWNER IN TIRE STORE WON'T EVEN LOOK AT ME) and guy tells me in both tie rods and full break job all the way round and A/C just crapped bed..SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS THE OWNER EMILIO JUST TELLS YOU WHAT YOU WANNA HEAR AND HIS WIFE IS JUST A MISERABLE OLD LADY THAT ONLY CARES TILL SHE GET THAT DOWN PAYMENT THEN SHE WON'T EVEN TALK TO YOU..
