The customer service at African Eleganza is terrible. The store doesn't open at the advertised hours. The sales people are rude and disrespectful.
For my asoebi for my party, I asked them how many pieces of a particular fabric they had in stock, and they told me they had 120 pieces. But when I tried to order just 60 pieces a few days later, they could not fill that order and tried to convince me to substitute another pattern. They were unapologetic, and extremely rude, to say the least. And I had just spent thousands of dollars with them.
My advice, these people don't take their business seriously. Take your business elsewhere!

they have nice laces but this company have the worse customer service very rude and arrogant staff they act like they have more than enough customers.so dont want to retain there exixting customers.they yell at customers regardless how much revenue they generate for you ever rude.
