We had a roadway encounter today with someone associated with afro's cut, as observed from the license plate (AFROCUT) of a full-sized blue-colored Hummer: the driver was a complete scofflaw, an idiot driver tailgating and swerving between lanes from PG Plaza to Beltway Plaza, which is where we exited.

This fool would have been pulled over if there were a cop around. It's people like this with their self-centered mentality that make our roadways so dangerous.

Boycott AFRO'S CUT ! We don't have to give our business to people like this,
