Mal servicio al cliente debido que e llegado al lugar dos veces y esperado por la muchacha (Patty) para que Le corte el cabello a mi hijo.Espere 20 min por ella y cuando regreso asu su puesto me dice que tenia a otra persona que avia echo cita por telefono y que tenia otro cliente con cita igual...ya eran dos ocasiones que me hacia lo mismo. Queria mandar ami hijo con los que no saben hacer el corte... Si estos estilistas solo toman clientes por telefono por que entonces no ponen un letrero que diga (se corta pelo con cita) y que ponga los numeros de sus estilistas por que ellos no reciben alos clientes que llegan.. Persona que llega alli le toca que cortarse el pelo con alguien que no sabe y a uno le toca que pagar siempre le guste o no el corte. I have been two time in this place and I hace wait for a hairstylist (Paty) 20min once she gets to her spot she tells that she not able to cut my sons hair due that she have a appoinment with one her clients and she has another client as well with appointment too.. If they dont received walk in why dont they make a sign that says(our hairstylist cut hair by appointment) and they should put all their hairstylist phone numbers..due to the only hairstylist that are available are the ones that are learning to cut hair. She was telling me that one them could cut my son hairs. I was not gonna let that happen due to that i was gonna pay for a haircut that i might not like...

I did not like this hair salon the people that do your hair are always talking on the phone and not paying attention to what they are doing. They like to criticize you and your hair never going back there!
