I have been a client of this place for more than 20 years, always paying out of pocket. Sometimes they are rude but I put up with it because they are near by. The other day I went there with my grandson (who broke the frame of his glasses) and they refused to help us because he has insurance. I don't think its OK to discriminate for any reason! They optometrist was not doing anything but asked us to come another day since they only help people with certain insurance in the mornings. I worked during the day and it would be a hardship to come in the morning! Specially because they were not busy. I am not coming back ever!
