Placed a call for a cab to pick me up in Hyattsville. Thirty minutes later, I called again. I was told that I was "in the system" but a driver hasn't accepted the call yet. Twenty five minutes later, with no cab showing, I called again. I was put on hold immediately and the call was dropped three times before I could talk to a real person. Once I reached a dispatcher, I was told that a cab did arrive (not the case as I was standing on the street corner all this time) and that I had not picked up my phone (not the case again as my cell showed no calls missed. ) The dispatcher then told me the number she called, which wasn't my number. (They get the number of the caller ID, so they don't get a fake number) When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the dispatcher said she was the shift supervisor. Her explanation for all this? "Sorry, mistakes happen." I was then hung up on. This hasn't been the first time I've gotten poor service from this company, but this has to stand as the worst and rudest treatment of a customer ever.

Community Cab Company made me late to work! The dispatcher did not ask where I wanted to go, but gave a timeframe of 5-20 minutes. At the 25 minute point, I called back to ask where the cab was, and I was informed that it would be another 10-15 minutes, because there was no cab in our area. Why didn't she say so at first?? After 10 minutes, I received an automated call saying the cab had arrived - it had NOT! He finally showed up 10 minutes AFTER that (a total of 45 minutes from the time I called), and was rude and verbally abusive when I informed him that we only needed to go about a mile and a quarter: "Lady, you're killin' me! Just a mile?? I can't make money on that!" and he kept up a mostly incomprehensible ramble all the way. I will NEVER call them again, and I will recommend to all my friends that they never call Community Cab either.

their service is always prompt and on time. the drivers are very courteous and helpful. i would recommend to any who need a cab in prince georges county
