I was a few minutes late to my first appointment because I had to park and walk a reasonable distance. And instead of telling me up front to reschedule or to wait for the other patients to be seen first (which I would have understood), I am asked to do the following:
provide my information
take a picture
wait 26 minutes to get called into the patient room
to then witness staff and the doctor talk about her being overbooked and my being late
and then have a staff member tell me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor "couldnt see me today" because I was late

I never felt more embarrassed and have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in my life. I would never recommend this place.

This is all AFTER I received conflicting appointment reminders leading up to my appointment.

Unprofessional.
