Lots of promises, but once he had my money I went to the bottom of the priority list. This includes the week I spent without transportation because it wouldn't pass inspection and he ordered the part after it sat in the shop while he prepped cars for new buyers. I got no apology, financial compensation or loaner. I also had to bring it back three times to get it fixed. When I asked for my old car back, he said no.
