What a rip off!!! We had a mouse problem and put down some "no see traps". After a few weeks we thought of getting some help, so we called Craig Thomas. WHAT A MISTAKE! The salesman lied about the start up cost and told us $70 a visit. Come to find out that's a $325 start up fee.
A tech came to the house and was rude. He had me move my stove out and did a sloppy job of leaving the copper mesh sticking out of the hole. He put glue trap and wooden trap all around my kitchen in open, easy to see areas including my cabinets. Plus poison behind my dog food ...which if I'm not mistaken mouse poison is a blood thinner and makes mice thirsty. Therefore they would most likely try to drink out of my dogs water bowl........smart!! I called THAT DAY to cancel my service and had the pleasure of speaking to their pompous branch manager Anthony. I admit I greeted this guy with a very unsatisfied attitude, but when you tell me you are going to charge me close to $800 for $20 worth of home depot mouse traps and I have to remove the traps with the half dead mice on them myself or wait for the next visit I don't see how many people could be happy with this. I canceled the service with Anthony and told him I would pay $70 for the day and thought that would be it but he said he would just cancel the account. A few weeks later the office is calling me to schedule an appointment for saturday I told the lady on the phone (Christina) that I canceled the account. Later that night I received a call from my dear friend Anthoney the branch manager. He was a little nicer this time (must be the holidays) and thought he was doing me a favor and only charge me $150 for doing a half-ass job. So me, Mr. Jolly, decided to put my offer back on the table, $70 for the trouble of the tech coming out. Anthony didn't like this and told me he was going to send me to collection if I didn't pay. So guess who is calling the BBB. I think I was plenty fair here.
