I can only say positive things about Lamar Watts. For 20 years he has been tuning my piano and I have been completely satisfied the entire time. He is prompt in returning my calls and getting me scheduled and is very knowledgeable and courteous whenever he comes. I thoroughly enjoy the "concert" that comes after each tuning. Whether he comes or if he sends someone else, the service is the same. When I had to have a string replaced on my grand piano, he was so good about fixing it and making sure it was kept tuned during the break-in stage. When the string turned out to be defective, he quickly replaced that one and got my piano going in no time at all.

I have been recommending Lamar to everyone I know for many years now and will continue to do so.
