Poor customer service and lack of communication. Didn't read reviews until after I went in. Encountered the same issues described in all the negative reviews.

They treated my motorcycle like it was a piece of junk. When took it in it never had a speck or rust on it. When I went to get it, it looked like a rusty pile of junk. There was a large dent in the front fender and the seat had been ripped. It wouldn't run and they said it would cost over 200 more dollars to get it running despite me already paying them over 700 dollars to get running in the first place.

The manager is very rude and like the previous person stated very condescending.

they are the most unhelpful and rude and condescending salespeople/customer service people imaginable! whatever happened to customer service?



they barely even deserve a one star rating....

unless you are rich these guys dont care about you. after walking in there for the past 15 years i have never had one sales man talk to me. friends who have goten stuff there said the sales men are jerks and are hard to work with.
