Not honest

We were out of town and our daughter called to say we didn't have hot water anymore. We told her to pick a prominently marked plumber out of the phone book and have him call us with an estimate. He did, and we said okay. When we got home from our trip, we found a bill for $500.00 more than we had agreed upon. Will never use them again!! My husband used to be a contractor, and he knows t he integrity of sticking by your estimated price no matter what you encounter.
