The website is a little low budget, it may seem, although they are, after all non profit! The staff is friendly and they are very helpful and resourceful. I'd also add kind to their customer service capabilities. Especially compared to Blackfoot's humane Society! THOSE people are very rude and ignorant and have HORRIBLE customer service! SO this Humane SOciety is very nice, even if the website needs help, adding pictures, added information about all their animals, etc.

my first time ever as a customer of this particular thrift store was not the best experience, the prices were acceptable, but the middle aged female employee in the pet area, were extremely rude to me, when my youngest child (12) asked to enter the gated area in hopes of finding a cat for a future family memeber, she denied him access, and would only allow him to view from a distance., then when my son expressed a liking for a particular cat, the woman then told him it was already spoken for by her, she was quiet short with her manners, telling "no way thats my cat"...... why was this cat even in the adoption area if it was indeed her cat?we opted to go to the bonniville humane society thrift store to support the care of these animals, not to be talked down to and made to feel unworthy, I was angry, and my sons feeling were quite bruised! I will not be returning there again, and I will warn others of the rude "cat lady"! this is unacceptable for an employee to behave to a customer is
