Bought a used travel trailer from a great group at Camping World. Mark Schmidt great from sales. Dakota checked out my used travel trailer, did an awesome job. Tommy from finance was excellent. Tory was the best at delivering my new trailer! The place to go in Eastern Idaho!

Purchased used travel trailer, told the propane tanks were full, at home several weeks later found they were nearly empty. Price on trailer was very high, I was able to get them down to a reasonable price but it wasn't easy. People were nice but they were trying to sell me something, so I would be careful about what they tell you, may not be truthful.

Stay away from these people. Not good for business. They have horrible customer service, and are not honest.

We purchased a camper at the end of may. We were told out the door price would be one number and it ended up being way more. If we would have known the struggle it really was working with them we would have took our business elsewhere. The sale people will tell you anything to get the sale, for example we were told our camper had a smart charger so we could leave our batteries charging and it would stop charging when they were full....our camper did not come with a smart charger and we boiled our batteries. We got looking at the camper and trim, blind hooks, and lot of other things were missing. We thought no big deal...apparently it is a big deal. We called the service department and left messages for 2 weeks before anyone called us back. We had purchased the paint and fabric spray also so we were going to get that taken care of too. When we finally got ahold of someone we made an appointment. We dropped it off and were told it would be done it was in there care for 6 days and NOTHING was done. I understand they are busy but we made an appointment they knew we were coming. We were told they had to order parts and would call us when they were here and we could haul it back down to them. We got our camper back and it was in worse condition when we left it. They had done everything but very poorly. I wouldn't recommend them at all! The only reason I gave it one star was because of service guy named Malcom. He took better care of us then anyone there.

Drove 2 hours to buy a travel trailer they wanted me to pay an additional$1000 for paying cash which they said nothing about until we were settling, and also wanted me to pay $450 for shipping fees for a trailer they have had on their lot for a year and I came to buy. Add $2000 to any fee they advertise and realize they will find fees to add

Fast service and very nice service techs!

Very good service we had a problem with our fridge we took it in and they got it fixed in a timely manner.

Had my trailer serviced in Idaho Falls by Camping World. First class experience. The people are very knowledgeable and had us in and out on the way to Yellowstone.

Things weren't ready when they should have been. I have spent about 3 extra hours there when things should have been ready when I got there. They were very nice and tried to be accommodating.

Great people. Great place to work. Just moved the family from the Boise area. We love it here.
