I have always been pleased with the service and staff. They are quick, too. Never have had an issue. Clean atmosphere.

The place reeks like fish sooo bad (both times ive gone) and they don't even have a fish tank! The staff, including the doctors, are RUDE, CARELESS, & LAZY.

Went to community Care today on Utah. I have never felt treated so badly. I felt like the only nurse that even saw me, was not only rude, but acted as if she had absolutely no compassion. I went in with probably anxiety attacks, or a side effect from a medicine I was on. Well, I never even got a chance to discuss the medicine. I never even got to see a Dr. She took my blood pressure, it was slightly high. She told me I had to go to the hospital for a work-up. She never smiled, never had a nice comforting word. She just said I would be a liabilty for them if I did not go to the hospital. They would not do an EKG, and would not get the Dr. I even ask for an EKG. I was in a daze as I left the room. I was scared and not feeling well. She actually looked at me and her last words were, "You can just leave". No Kidding!!! I was so shocked! I felt like I had something wierd about me, or something. I have never been teated like this in my life. The emergency room would have cost me over $1000. So I drove accross town (they are close, that is why I went there), and saw a wonderful Dr. he took the time with me I needed. He was compassionate and ask all about me. He ask about the meds I was on, my life, my stress, and he did an EKQ. I did not have to go to the emergecy room, and I already felt better just being cared for. He new what would help me and I'm going back for a recheck with him in two weeks. I will never go into the Community Care on Utah again!
